Nikki joined Ngamanawa Incorporation in 2025 and brings with her a passion for supporting people and building systems that help our kaupapa thrive.

My role as Administration Manager allows me to contribute to the smooth running of Ngamanawa Incorporation, supporting both our team and our shareholders. I take pride in creating systems that are accessible, practical and responsive to the needs of our shareholders and whānau. For me, it’s about strengthening communication and building meaningful connections.

I’m proud to be part of an organisation grounded in tikanga, working towards positive outcomes for our whenua and our whānau, now and for future generations.
